Hi, I’m Sian Davies. I’m a dedicated life coach, passionate about helping late teens overcome anxiety and exam stress. My journey into this work is deeply personal—I struggled with social anxiety as a teenager and spent 30 years finding the strategies that truly made a difference. Now, I help young people discover those tools much earlier in life, empowering them to feel confident and in control.
Together, we can help your teen rediscover balance, boost self-belief, and step into their future with confidence.
My one to one appointments are in Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire but I also offer online appointments if you live further away.

From flexible weekly coaching to a structured 8-month group programme, each option is designed to help young people manage stress, build resilience, and feel more in control—academically and emotionally.
