Transformation Collective Course, Ages 16-19
4 x 60 min coaching sessions each month, for eight months (15 min buffer) £370 pm running Oct - May incl.

Young Adults
This course will help you disrupt the negative anxiety loop which disturbs sleep and prevents you from performing at your best. There is a huge amount of research which points to the benefits of community for your mental health and while this course offers one to one support, you also gain a close knit group of cheerleaders who are all on the same journey to good mental health and wellbeing. The course is designed to see you through your final year and the first month of exams, however support will still be available until your last exam. By the end of this course you will:
Gain strategies to improve sleep, study and social situations.
Identify your values and how you can find joy even on dark days
Enjoy the support of fellow travellers on the road to good mental health
Understand who you are, beyond being a student
Realise what is holding you back and how to address it
Feel excited by the prospect of being motivated and positive
Parents
This is an opportunity for connection and collaboration during one of the most stressful periods of time your teen will have ever encountered. Peer support in education is a recognised valuable tool, however friendship groups also go through stresses during this time, so this course has been designed to create a safe community that is separate from the pressures of established groups.
This course includes:
Pre-course questionnaire
8 x 60 min 1-1 sessions
8 x group coaching sessions
8 x group confidence building sessions ie: kayaking/archery/bushcraft/drama etc.
8 x group relaxation sessions ie: meditation/movement/yoga
Support pack with tips to manage anxiety or exam stress
An action plan and summary at the end of each one to one session
Follow up text/email/WhatsApp support for the duration of the course and until the last exam
Graduation celebration once exams are complete.
