If your teenager is struggling with exam stress or anxiety, distance shouldn't be a barrier to getting support. I offer one-to-one coaching sessions online, making it possible for young people anywhere in the country to develop the skills they need to manage pressure and thrive.

They're also ideal for young people who find it difficult to talk to new people face-to-face—many teens feel more comfortable opening up from the safety and familiarity of their own space.

30 minute workshop with three takeaway strategies

Online Coaching - 50 minute sessions, reflection worksheets and online support

My Approach

I work with late teens to build genuine connection and trust, even through a screen. Our sessions are relaxed and conversational—I focus on getting to know your teenager as an individual and understanding what they're experiencing.

Together, we develop practical techniques and strategies tailored specifically to them. The goal is proactive management: giving your teenager tools they can use independently, so when exam pressure builds or anxiety strikes, they know exactly how to regulate their emotions and stay in control.
