My Approach

I work with late teens in a way that feels natural and comfortable for them. Rather than formal office sessions, I get to know young people through relaxed conversations, often while going for walks together. This informal setting helps them open up about what they're really experiencing, without the pressure of traditional therapy.

Through our time together, I teach practical techniques and strategies tailored to your teenager's needs. The focus is on proactive management—giving them tools they can use independently so that when exam pressure builds or anxiety strikes, they know how to regulate their emotions and stay grounded.

What is the session frequency?

They can be flexible to match family and teen commitments. Once a week is recommended, however once a fortnight is also possible
