 3, 6 or 10 personalised, outdoor sessions, each package includes online support throughout the programme and bespoke resources.

In collaboration with an ADHD and neurodivergence specialist, combining expertise in:

  • neurodivergent needs

  • calm, engaging group work

Thriving Collective is dynamic activity based group coaching - look out for morning, afternoon or day long workshops and a regular monthly evening session all coming soon.

Nature-Based Coaching for Teenagers

I offer nature-based and outdoor coaching that supports:
