Aspiring Navigation Programmes

60 mins, one to one coaching - 3/6/10 session programmes (15 min buffer) £150 per session

Young Adults

These are in-depth, one to one sessions to build confidence; find pathways through anxiety entanglement; gain clarity about what matters to you; challenge imposter syndrome and learn how to achieve your goals without sabotaging yourself. Some sessions will be held indoors, dependent on weather, some will be outdoors as the benefits of coaching in the open air are well recorded. By the end of these sessions you will:

  • Establish long term strategies to improve sleep, study and social situations.

  • Discover the benefits of journaling

  • Enjoy holding yourself accountable to achieve short and long term goals

  • Identify your values and how you can find joy even on dark days

  • Understand who you are, beyond being a student

  • Realise what is holding you back and how to address it

  • Feel excited by the prospect of being motivated and positive

Parents

Sessions are custom built to meet the needs of your teen -  if you are new to coaching, the Mindful Quest session might be the best introduction to this work. However, this is something we can clarify in our initial getting to know each other call. You can choose between three, six or ten session programmes, which can be booked either weekly or fortnightly to ensure momentum is maintained.

Sessions include:

  • Pre-session questionnaire

  • 3 / 6 or 10 x 60 minute, 1-1 face to face sessions

  • Support pack with tips to manage anxiety or exam stress

  • Journalling support pack

  • Weekly action plan and summary at the end of the session

  • Follow up text/email/WhatsApp support for the duration of the programme

  • Optional activity sessions of kayaking/ bushcraft/ meditation/ archery/ drama

  • Optional Timeline Therapy (6-10 session programmes only)

Three sessions paid either in total £480 at time of booking, or payment plan of 3 x  £163 payments (£489) BOOK NOW
